20 days agoI did it once and yes the results are great but it fucked me up mentally as after it was done I was like... what now... and I felt useless after
23 days agoI think everyone should do it once. If you can't lock in for 75 days at least once in your life, there's something wrong with your commitment to yourself.
25 days agoI think there are parts of 75 hard that are good, especially the sobriety. But my issue with it is that you aren’t actually developing sustainable habits. Fitness is actually not very complicated, it’s just some variation of eating mostly healthy, getting enough protein, managing stress/sleep, and progressively overloading on a few key exercises, along with eating in a moderate deficit or surplus if you want to lose fat or bulk. The hard part is staying consistent for the long haul so that your body eventually adapts. 75 hard might be fine to shock yourself out of a motivation slump but it doesn’t actually build the long term habits because most of it isn’t sustainable, both from a recovery as well as a lifestyle standpoint. Unless you have the privilege of a lot of free time you’re not gonna work out twice a day. And are you seriously never gonna have a cheat meal ever again? Of course not
