November is all about finding my spark again 🥲 My PMDD has been absolutely HORRIBLE this month. My cycle is now a week late, which means I've been stuck dealing with symptoms for almost three weeks, and honestly, I feel worse and worse every day 🤣 HELP When I'm struggling, the things I love the most are the first to go out the window, and it's so frustrating because I don't want to be this person. So this month, I'm really going to make an effort to make a real change and see what I can do to ease my symptoms and just feel like me again. I know these goals aren't going to magically fix my PMDD, but it's definitely a step in the right direction after a terrible couple of weeks. If any of you girls suffer from PMDD, I would love to know more about how you deal with it. Please let me know in the comments or drop me a dm x by @loisvenables_

An honest update 🤍 I massively struggle with my mental health this time of year, and it's hitting hard at the moment. I've been feeling really anxious, sad and lonely. I've put in so much work this year to change my mindset and it's really shit when old patterns creep back into your life. I'm trying to be a bit kinder to myself at the moment, which definitely doesn't come naturally to me😂 So instead of "You only went to the gym 3 times last week, you're so lazy" I'm saying: "You went to the gym 3 times last week, even though you really didn't want to go, that's progress" It's such a small change, but I'm trying to give myself credit for the things I AM doing instead of constantly focusing on what I haven't done.. And if you're finding things difficult at the moment, I hope you're giving yourself a bit of credit as well 🫶 by @loisvenables_

WINTER ARC DAY 12/31 💗 My calories have gone up again this week, I'm feeling stronger in the gym, and I'm finally starting to notice more muscle definition coming through 🥹 It's crazy how easy it is to get caught up in wanting results NOW, when really, the changes we're working towards take months and sometimes YEARS. I'm trying to enjoy the process a little more instead of constantly chasing the next goal... Anyway, here's your reminder to keep showing up for yourself, even when progress feels painfully slow. Future you will be SO glad you did!! by @loisvenables_
