Meet Emma, our Success Coach! From high school milestones through postsecondary graduation, she is there to guide and support our scholars. She holds a degree in African American Studies from Wayne State University.

A Success coach at a nonprofit supports students from high school through college completion, helping them navigate everything from course selection and applications to staying on track once they're enrolled. They build long-term relationships with students, offering consistent guidance and encouragement across each stage of their education. If you enjoy mentoring, building relationships, and helping others reach long-term goals, this could be the role for you!
