so I was actually in a frame store last week in Charleston and I was looking for a new pair of jeans. ALL of the employees were all asking me what pair of jeans I had on. It was these. Why the heck was I looking for a new pair of jeans😑

Nobody thinks about their hands until the sunspots and crepey skin show up. Whatever you’re putting on your face, bring it down to your hands. And SPF. EVERY DAY.

2. STOP SLEEPING ON YOUR FACE.
You spend a third of your life sleeping. Pressing your face into a pillow night after night can contribute to sleep creases. Try sleeping on your back if it’s comfortable and use a beauty pillow

3. BUILD YOUR BUTT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT.
I’m serious. Start lifting weights NOW. Building muscle in your 20s and 30s gives you a head start on maintaining it as you age. Your 40 yr butt will thank you.

4. STOP WAITING UNTIL YOUR HAIR STARTS THINNING TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SCALP.
Stop frying your hair and pulling it into tight hairstyles. And if you notice unusual shedding, get it checked before you’re spending a fortune trying to fix it.

5. WEAR SUNGLASSES EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T NEED THEM.
Not just for the outfit. UV protection for your eyes AND less squinting. Consider this permission to buy another pair of sunglasses.💁🏼‍♀️

6. FLOSS YOUR DAMN TEETH.
Gum recession isn’t something you can undo with an expensive toothpaste. Your smile is part of your anti-aging routine, whether you realize it or not.

7. STOP BUYING CLOTHES JUST BECAUSE THEY’RE ON SALE.
A $40 sweater you never wear isn’t a bargain. If you can’t make three outfits with things you already own, you’re just collecting clothes and wondering why you have nothing to wear.

8. STOP BUYING AN ENTIRELY NEW OUTFIT EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO
You need a quality blazer, perfect fitting denim, an insane coat and shoes that make even your most basic outfit look expensive. Buy less, but buy better.

And PLEASE stop picking apart your appearance. One day you’ll look back at those photos and wonder what the hell you were complaining about.

soooo under-eye filler is just too risky for me at this point😬so naturally I’ve tried approximately 900 eye patches trying to find something that actually does more than just hydrate

Still not over last night!! 😭💕 @katseyeworld was absolutely AMAZING!! The girls had the best time, and the highlight of Bella’s night was @daniela_avanzini noticing her sign and blowing her a kiss! 🥹💋

But what made yesterday even more special was getting to meet SO many of you!! We’ve always loved running into you guys, but yesterday was something we’ve never experienced before. We literally met hundreds and hundreds of you (easily over 500! 😭), and it was honestly surreal. So many of you telling us you’ve been watching our family for YEARS, and even parents coming up to us! 🥹❤️
