Meet BEEF BOO-LGOGI (Bulgogi), our October special, and she's bringing a whole lotta flavor to spooky season. 🎃
We're talking tender ribeye & sirloin marinated in a sweet, savory, garlicky Korean-inspired bulgogi marinade, tucked inside our scratch-made pierogis and cooked to golden perfection.
But we don't stop there. 🤭
A generous drizzle of our creamy gochujang sauce brings rich, velvety goodness with a little sweet heat. Then comes a bright, tangy crunch with just the right amount of funk from fresh, locally made kimchi by our friends at River & Seoul, finished with scallions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
And because we couldn't possibly leave well enough alone, we're serving these bad boys over a bed of savory veggie fried rice, ready to soak up all that saucy goodness.
