BEST BITE OF THE 2026 TASTE OF NACE!!! Wow... We wanted to take a moment to express our utmost gratitude to the wonderful organizers of the Taste of Nace event last night, as well as to each and every guest who gave us a try and then proceeded to vote for us! Thank you! This was our first ever award and it truly came as a surprise. It was such an honor to have the opportunity to feed so many people and be a part of such a great cause, with a portion of all of the tickets going to Feeding NEFL! We deeply appreciate every single one of the people that support us. Special thanks to our friends over at @mckarls_ who have always been in our corner and for also being a big factor for us being able to attend this very special event. Also big Congratulations to them as well for winning Best Display! Our hearts are so full. All of our hard work feels so seen... and tasted lol. We can't wait to keep doing what we love. Is this thing on? 🎤🧡 There are officially over 1,000 of you here… which is a little surreal, considering we’re usually elbow-deep in dough & fillings and haven’t been in front of the camera much 😅 If you’re new here, hi! 🥟 We’re Dane & Abby — the power couple, human beans behind Rogue Rogis. A small (but mighty) operation built on pierogis, positivity, & a slight inability to do anything the “normal” way 😎 This all started with a simple idea: make really good food with really good ingredients… and have a lot of fun along the way. We started this because we love food — but more than that, we love what food does. It brings people together, sparks conversations, turns strangers into regulars, and somehow makes a random Tuesday feel a little bit more alive. We’re still figuring out a LOT as we go — menus, work-life balance, how to post on Instagram without overthinking it for 3–5 business days 😅 — but we care deeply about what we’re building, and the people it’s reaching. So, let us say this: We wouldn’t be here without you. Every order, every follow, every “these were amazing” — it genuinely means more than we know how to put into words. (Believe us, we’ve tried!) So whether you’ve been here with us since day one or you just found us five minutes ago… we’re really, really grateful that you’re here. Meet the Maple Sage Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast rogi officially. 🍳🥟✨ We’ve been wanting to give this one the proper introduction it deserves because, besides being one of our favorite things we’ve made lately, she’s also a little love letter to local. 🧡 Inside our signature scratch-made dough you’ll find: local eggs from @southernacrefarm , maple-sage sausage from @banger_provisions , and a 3-year-aged gouda from @chznchrm . We wrap ’em up, then you can choose pan-seared in Kerrygold butter or deep-fried in avocado oil. And because apparently stuffing breakfast inside a pierogi wasn’t enough, we finish the plate with a locally made picante sauce from @thepepperpatch_ and a side of our house-made hot honey maple syrup. Sweet, savory, cheesy, a little spicy, and very much worth getting out of bed for. We make these in seriously small batches, with only about 60–70 pierogis coming out of each one, so when they’re gone, they’re gone.
