#TBT to the time I won a ticket to the delicious collab event by two beloved Jax small businesses @rogue.rogis & @summasalts at one of the coolest, family-friendly spots to hang out in town @myrtleavebrewing.

It was a fun evening of delicious @rogue.rogis pierogis made with seasoning salts from @summasalts paired with a nice sour on tap and great service from Patrick, head brewer at @myrtleavebrewing .

A little taste of a night in the garden. 🌿✨

Last week, we brought Taste of NACE: An Evening in a Garden to life at Bowing Oaks alongside an incredible community of culinary, event, and hospitality professionals.

From the cocktails and cuisine to the details that made the evening feel so special, every element was designed to celebrate the creativity, collaboration, and community that make our industry so much fun to be part of.

And the best part? Getting to experience it all together. 🥂
Thank you to everyone who poured their talent, time, and heart into this one.

It’s National Farmers Market Week and we are honored as usual to bring you an all-star line up of local vendors this Saturday 8/8 at 321 Penman Rd. in Jax Beach.

We want to know your favorite vendors and your must nab weekly staple items! Who’s got the local goods you just couldn’t find at a big box store?

Come out to show your appreciation to the small businesses that allow you to shop local! Let’s all thank our local growers and makers this Saturday!

Cheers to another year of local goods brought to you by the Beaches Green Market!

@summasalts x @rogue.rogis

Talk about a match made in heaven! Summa Salts & Rogue Rogis put together an incredible dinner party with quite literally the rogi flight of my dreams - made primarily with locally sourced ingredients & lots & lots of love. Not to mention the upcycled event pint glass & goodie bag of local products.

Everything about it, right up my alley, can’t wait for the next!!

✅local & organic ingredients - yes even the lettuce
✅flavors - tiramisu, I mean cmon do you even know me
✅samples of local goodies - including summa salts!!
✅thrifted & upcycled event cup
✅pet friendly venue

The Rogis:
🥒Chicken Gyro Rogi - Made with organic chicken marinated for 24 hours in a Greek-inspired marinade featuring Summa Salts Greek Freak salt. Topped with tzatziki, cucumber tomato salad, feta, and finished with Greek Freak. Served with lemon dill roasted potatoes.
🌽Steak Elote Rogi - Made with tender top sirloin, local sweet corn from Preserving Nature Farms, cotija cheese, and a creamy elote-style seasoned filling featuring Summa Salts Fresh Mex. Topped with elote-inspired chipotle lime crema, roasted corn, cotija, Tajín, cilantro, and finished with Fresh Mex. Served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
☕️Tira-Miss-U When I’m Gone - Tiramisu-inspired rogis with mascarpone coffee cream, crushed ladyfingers, cocoa, and finished with Summa Salts Coffee Salt.

ps. I really thought the steak elote was going to be my favorite but the Greek chicken really put on a show! The tiramisu had to be my favorite though. The coffee marscapone filling was 👩🏻‍🍳🤌🏼💋
