Losing the matriarch of your family, the woman who instilled so many values, taught you so many life lessons and served as the perfect example of a noble Christian woman is not for the weak! I will never forget your loving ways, your dedication to the faith and your unwavering support and care for the family. You will be sorely missed Mama! A Mother to all! Loving! Caring! Comforting! Wise! May you rest forever in the Heavenly Father’s mighty hands. 😘

And then just a month later, losing the person who you just knew was going to make sure the family stayed strong after Mama’s passing, the person who helped usher you into adulthood by selling you your first house, put a hurting on some cornbread, and always called you his favorite niece (amongst many others🤣). Unca Dave, my favorite Cowboy, I just hope you’re up there peacefully “back in the saddle again”!

This summer did not play fair at all, but…
