Before heavy rain, our Public Utilities crews proactively clear storm drains and grates to help rainwater flow where it needs to go. This helps reduce flooding on streets and in neighborhoods.

Want to pitch in? Here’s how you can help:

- Keep storm drains near your home clear of leaves, litter, and debris.
- Don’t dump trash, oils, or chemicals into storm drains.
- Report clogged or damaged storm drains to the City through mySLC or by calling 801-483-6700.

Proactive clearing before the storm hits is exactly the kind of maintenance that prevents bigger headaches later. Great work by the crews getting ahead of it! 💪

Make 14 new tools and create them and resell them for street repair money @slcmayor. How can you become more efficient? Iago
