Ryan, I don’t think you’ll ever fully understand what you’ve built here or how much you mean to the people who believe in this crazy, beautiful vision alongside you.
Today, as you closed out Day 2 of Impact Summit, you reminded a room full of some of the most talented people in our industry why we’re really here.
And then you let us see your heart.
You talked about the years you spent measuring your worth by your success. About being Hangman, always chasing the win, until you found people who showed you what it meant to have a wingman.
And when you spoke about your dad, you could feel the entire room right there with you.
Because we all want people who would turn their plane around for us. And we all want to be the kind of person who would do the same.
That’s what you’ve been fighting to build.
A place where the Top Guns of this industry, people who could succeed anywhere, choose each other. Where incredibly talented people put their egos aside to chase something bigger than themselves.
Somewhere along the way, this became so much more than a mortgage company.
It became a place where people found their people. Where we learned we don’t have to carry everything alone. Where winning means so much more when you bring your teammates home with you.
Ryan, we know you’ve sacrificed for this vision. We know how much you carry and how deeply you care about getting it right.
But we hope today, when you looked around that room, you felt what you’ve given all of us.
You brought together people who might never have found each other. You gave us something worth fighting for and people worth fighting beside.
When you said, “I want them to feel the strength of all of us, not one of us,” you put into words exactly what makes this place so special.
Thank you for being the kind of leader who leads with his whole heart. Who sees people beyond their numbers and accomplishments. Who reminds us that even the strongest among us need a wingman. 💙

I wish I could’ve been there to hear what was said but even though I was at NEO for a few months, it is and will forever be the best company I ever worked for.
