As Tropical Storm Rachel approaches Southern California, San Diego is under a Tropical Storm Watch for only the second time in recorded history!

With powerful surf, unusually high tides, and coastal flooding concerns, South Mission Beach has its berm in place. We’ll be interested in seeing what it looks like after the storm hits!
