Thomas Azier

In 2022, a Beluga whale was discovered in the Seine River in France. The whale was significantly underweight and far from its Arctic habitat. Monitored by drones, the plan was to nurse the whale back to health and return it to the ocean. After the whale was lifted out of the water, it tragically died on its way to the sea.
