We had such a busy day Friday at Artistic Artifacts personalizing the pattern for each student's quilted jacket. Then the construction of the mock-ups began. Everyone made great progress. #sewingquiltedpatchworkjackets #tabularasajacket #artisticartifacts

Last year I made Christmas tree ornaments out of thrifted faux fruit and never shared the DIY.

These sugared fruit ornaments turned out to be some of my favorites on my tree last year and they were so easy and inexpensive to make.

I loved them so much I am making more this year and using other fruits for a different look on my tree.

I have seen lots of ways to make these but ended up using supplies I already had on hand which was Elmer’s glue and Epsom salt.
