6 days agoIn my humble opinion and past experiences, I can advocate for between 150-200 rooms for a hotel to call itself still luxury and yet operate profitable. The ADR positioning should sit above €450+, staff to rooms ratio should not go below 3.
6 days agoWe have only four rooms, with a good stand-by room not bookable online, and 2 more rooms to be completed. I think when those two are ready, we will be the perfect size to retain the attentive service and increase our margin.
7 days agoWe run a 40 bedroom hotel in the Austrian Alps it is the perfect size for keeping close contact to your guest and deliver a very personalized service experience.
7 days agoTwo villas fully private in the jungle with Mountain View’s one Villa max guest 2 other max guests 4 no i don’t like hotels I’m a introvert person maybe I made my place for introvert people who like to be private. And for more villas i bought the next land bcs you should not to be able to look from a other villa to the next inside … maybe i make all wrong but i can tell for introvert people it’s genius 😅
7 days agowww.kebaru.com is going to be 32 rooms, but have a large commercial space as the location will have many outside guests use the commercial facilities. As you move up and away from the beach, the resort gets more exclusive. Does this sound like an Ok plan?
7 days agoWe are launching a small luxury boutique hotel in Costa Brava in 2027, and we are starting with 16 rooms to have a very personal approach to each guest, the sweet spot for us
