Some of us don’t have a community problem. We have a calendar problem.
And some of us have been hurt, so we built a wall to keep people out.
But God wants to meet us right where we’ve been keeping people out. He’s building a community that shows up for each other: “Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.” (Romans 12:15)
That kind of community doesn’t just happen. It takes margin, and it takes letting someone past the wall.
Which one is it for you right now: a full calendar or a wall?
