1:54 debut solo - learned a lot about myself during this race + my heart exploded from all the love and support i had at every station i love you all so much. i’m not who i was a year ago and that is something to celebrate.

i also learned during this race to really put my ego aside and listen to my body and pace myself to preserve my energy. i had moments where i battled myself mentally to keep pushing even though it somehow at moments felt physically impossible. hungry for more im so excited to keep pushing.

this time i stuck with a plan @m3thod_co and although it didn’t go exactly as i thought it would speed wise, i know where to push moving forward. this is my baseline.

went to a farm the day after my solo could barely walk but trying to enjoy some fall activities while i can😂
