3:55:53 CHICAGO MARATHON 💙❤️40 MINUTE PR from my first marathon!!! 🥹🥹🥹 A little warmer than expected, headphones stopped working early, and I got dropped from my goal pace group, but we had SO much fun!! Got to chat it up with God and lean on Him through every mile!!! The crowds were ⚡️⚡️⚡️, and I could not have asked for a better race. Thank you to everyone who donated over $2.5K for the sweet kids at @mercyhome, left encouragement, and trained with me in the Austin heat🫶🏾I’m having so much fun with this! First World Major in the books!!! ⭐️ CHI CITY, YOU OWE ME NOTHING

منابع: • Vaswani et al., 2017: Attention Is All You Need • Liu et al., 2024 (TACL): Lost in the Middle • Anthropic, 2025: Effective context engineering for AI agents • Chroma, 2025: Context Rot (۱۸ مدل) • Anthropic Docs: Long context prompting tips #هوش_مصنوعی #آموزش_هوش_مصنوعی #پرامپت #ai #بازاریابی_دیجیتال Ever had a long AI chat where it suddenly forgot your first instruction? It’s not a bug. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all have a Context Window, a whiteboard of fixed size. What to do: New topic? Start a new chat. Don’t upload the whole file, just the part that matters. Long chat? Ask for a summary and carry it into a new chat (/compact in Claude Code). Put long text first and your question last.
