Whew… I felt this one deep. 🥹💜

Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who have spent their entire lives being strong for everybody else. Always showing up, always pouring, always making sure everyone else is okay… while quietly wishing someone would do the same for them.

I’m learning that I deserve the same love, effort, grace, and consistency that I so freely give to others.

Because even the person who holds everybody together deserves to be held sometimes. ❤️

So be transparent your family and friends can’t show up for you if you are not living in your truth… it’s okay to share with those who you know won’t use your truth against you!
