Malört BBQ wings. Chicago, are we okay?

Woodie’s Flat’s October sauce of the month is Malört BBQ. Somebody looked at Malört and thought, “You know what this needs? Chicken.”

Obviously, I had to investigate.

We grabbed cocktails, loaded fries, and tacos, but those sauce-covered wings were the main event. A very respectable spread for what I’m calling investigative journalism.
