5 days agoI’ve been overweight most of my life (though my vitals have always been perfect), and have never been a “fat positivity” person. I believe that being bigger does have more health risks. I was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease in 2001, they gave me radioactive iodine to kill off part of my thyroid, and now I take a daily supplement. Not blaming my weight on this since I was overweight well before this, but it can make things more difficult. I’ve lost 39 lbs since January thanks to the carnivore diet and feel amazing!!! My goal is a total loss of 90 lbs (but I’ll be happy at 75). Finally taking back my health! Love you Buck, keep on being awesome!! 😄❤️🙌🏻
5 days agoI won’t call you a fat shamer but I wish you would clip the mic on like it was designed to be used.

Have a great day Buck & no, I hope you never shut up because your deadly 🫠 I’m off to bed now still laughing 😆 😘 xx 💚
6 days agoMy grandpa was a normal weight went to the gym every day and ended up getting a hole in his heart and bleeding out in an ER waiting room. I guess being fit isn't for everyone.
6 days agoBring back mental health, yes, of course. But honestly Buck, too many therapists, especially in Cali, are just beyond woke. They encourage clients to get the surgeries and take the hormones. They encourage people to cut off ties with family with different political views. They march in Free Palestine riots. I don’t know many therapists who would push back against the FAD of trans as it is these days. Who would speak to the need to accept oneself rather than go down a medicalized path. I fear I am a bit of a unicorn in my field and I find that scary. I have heard some wild stories about how other therapists handle their clients and it’s disheartening to say the least. And at the most, I believe many of them are doing harm. So yes to mental health, but most of these people will seek and find someone who will only confirm their delusions.
