Taking our little ones back to 1980s Korea 🇰🇷📸
We squeezed in a quick trip to Korea to celebrate the birth of Ruby and the end of Lawrence's parental leave before he heads back to work. School uniforms, an old corner store, and a retro café made it feel like stepping into our parents' generation, now with our own kids in tow.
Getting a toddler and a baby to sit still, look at the camera, and not cry at the same time? Nearly impossible. We got tears, squirms, silly faces, and maybe three seconds of everyone looking the same way. And I wouldn't trade a single one of those moments.
On this trip we also visited a family member who's been unwell, and it reminded me how fleeting life really is. We can't actually turn back time, and these little ones won't be this little for long. The days feel long, but the years go by fast.
Life with two kids is hard, and so is juggling full-time real estate with motherhood. Some days I'm stretched thin. But I'm reminded of my why: to provide for my family, and to use the gifts I've been given to help others find home.
Here's to living each day with purpose, showing up fully, and cherishing every chaotic, beautiful moment. ❤️
