Taking our little ones back to 1980s Korea 🇰🇷📸

We squeezed in a quick trip to Korea to celebrate the birth of Ruby and the end of Lawrence's parental leave before he heads back to work. School uniforms, an old corner store, and a retro café made it feel like stepping into our parents' generation, now with our own kids in tow.

Getting a toddler and a baby to sit still, look at the camera, and not cry at the same time? Nearly impossible. We got tears, squirms, silly faces, and maybe three seconds of everyone looking the same way. And I wouldn't trade a single one of those moments.

On this trip we also visited a family member who's been unwell, and it reminded me how fleeting life really is. We can't actually turn back time, and these little ones won't be this little for long. The days feel long, but the years go by fast.

Life with two kids is hard, and so is juggling full-time real estate with motherhood. Some days I'm stretched thin. But I'm reminded of my why: to provide for my family, and to use the gifts I've been given to help others find home.

Here's to living each day with purpose, showing up fully, and cherishing every chaotic, beautiful moment. ❤️

Quick 21 day COE, and this one's got extra meaning behind it. This August held it all: my birthday, our wedding anniversary, Ruby's 100 days, and closing on this home for our growing family on 8/28. There is something so beautiful about being a girl mom. 🎀🤍

We recently celebrated Ruby’s 100 days, and it gave me a chance to reflect on how much joy she has brought into our lives and how much God has been shaping me through this season.

Motherhood has stretched me in so many ways. Balancing being a present mom while continuing to build my career as a full-time realtor has taught me resilience, but it has also taught me what truly matters. Somehow, even through the challenges, the joy only seems to multiply.

Ruby has the sweetest, calmest, most easygoing little spirit. Her peaceful and chill demeanor has a way of calming me too. In the middle of a life that can move so quickly, she reminds me to slow down, be present, and appreciate the simple moments right in front of me. There is something so serene about holding her and watching her quietly take in the world.

Becoming a mother to a daughter also makes me think so much about my own mom, her sacrifices, her strength, and the depth of her love. I understand her love differently now. I wish she could be here to hold Ruby, but I’m grateful that the love she gave me continues through me into another generation. I’m learning that joy and grief can live together, and somehow joy can grow even deeper through both.

As we celebrated Ruby’s 백일, we reflected on the meaning of her name, Ruby Hanbit. Ruby reminds us of the precious blood of Christ, and Hanbit (한빛), “one light,” represents our prayer that she would shine the light and love of Jesus wherever she goes.

I’m so grateful to God for this precious, healthy baby girl. I pray that He protects her, blesses her, guides her steps, and keeps her close to Him throughout her life.

Thank you to our family and friends who have loved, prayed for, celebrated, and supported us through this season. 🤍

Happy 100 days, sweet Ruby. You have brought so much joy, peace, and light into our lives. 🎀✨

This closing feels especially meaningful.

I had the privilege of representing buyers who were searching for the perfect place to call home as their family grows. They weren’t initially sure which area would be the best fit, but through extensive market research, strategic guidance, and a clear understanding of their priorities, we were able to narrow the search and find the perfect home for this next chapter.

Not only were we able to secure over $10,000 in savings, but we also closed in an incredibly fast escrow. Most importantly, my clients now have a place where they can build memories, raise their family, and create a true haven of their own.

On a personal note, this transaction is extra special because it closed yesterday while I’m still in the midst of postpartum recovery after welcoming my daughter just a few weeks ago.
