Y'all... these little details MATTER!! 👏🏻

Your feet are your foundation. And how you're connecting to the ground can influence what's happening ALL the way up the chain.

Think about it... your foot pressure influences your balance, how your hips and pelvis move, where your rib cage sits, and how you're able to manage pressure through your entire system during movement.

So when I'm cueing you to find that connection, it's not just about making a squat look prettier. It's about creating a position where you can actually USE your strength effectively!

And THIS is why I spend so much time teaching you the HOW and WHY behind movement.

Because you can do the exact same exercise as someone else and have a completely different experience based on how you're positioning, breathing, and connecting.

It's not about having fancy equipment or doing more exercises. It's about learning how to get MORE out of the movements you're already doing! 👏🤍

If you're ready to learn your body while building full body strength, core control, and better pelvic floor function, come join us!!

We're JUST getting started, there's $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES up for grabs, and you get LIFETIME ACCESS!

Bagaimana menurut kalian? 😳😳😳

Okay, Nike! 🐍👀

Forget hiding it. They’re straight up showing us now.

Guys, this isn’t a blurry video where you have to squint.

This is a Nike commercial that deliberately gave Caitlin Clark reptilian-looking eyes. Then did it AGAIN at the end. 👁️🦎

Yes, I know. “Black Mamba.”

And if you’ve followed me for a while, you already know why my inbox is blowing up. 😂

We’ve talked a lot about symbolism hiding in plain sight.

Something gets put right in front of you, packaged as entertainment, and you get to decide what to make of it.

If you’ve been watching my reptilian content and wondering where to start, I put together a whole rabbit hole for you. 😂🦎

My Reptilian Bundle includes 7 videos and over 6 HOURS of uncensored content for $11.11.

We get into:

🐊 reptilian shapeshifters
👑 the fall of the Royal Reptilian Family
🧬 starseed hybrid DNA activations
🛡️ protection and discernment

This is where we go WAY deeper. 👽

Comment REPTILE or 🦎 and I’ll send you the link to get the bundle.
