Can you guess the plot of last week's SWITCH/BOARD from these amazing on the spot storyboards by Jeff Lance? That's right, the screenplay is improvised, and Jeff can draw as fast as Nicole Odell and Sean Owens can talk!

There are only two more installments of SWITCH/BOARD left for the year, and they are sure to be still of (imaginary) blood!

3.5 Years ago Can powerlifter also do calisthenics? The SAID Principle (Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demands). Your body adapts exactly to the types of stress you place on it. If you want to lift heavier, you have to lift heavy. If you want to run faster, you have to sprint. If you want to master body weight skill movements (muscle ups, front lever, back lever), you can do it all as long as you train for it. I was still deadlifting 280 Kg at that time (220 Kg Squat, 120 Kg bench).
