Thanks to the incredible @dcmagazine team for pulling together this special edition featuring dynamic women across the DMV. It's an honor to be on the cover of an issue that includes so many impressive and accomplished women!! @michael.mccarthy11 did a brilliant job writing this article about this next chapter in my career with Body Language. Also, the first sentence could not be more true 😅😅😅 Big thank you to @tonypowell1 for making me look so good! what a body actually looks like a few months postpartum 😅 Look, I think these women are amazing!! I will always celebrate women making healthy choices and working on themselves...BUT in a society that expects women to bounce back in 3.5 seconds, I want to normalize moving at your own pace too ❤️ I didn’t even start THINKING about snapping back until 12 weeks pp and I’m so glad for it. Those first few months were spent adjusting to motherhood, learning how to care for my baby, getting to know myself in this role. And in still not at my “pre baby body” - still a work in progress!! So don’t fall into the comparison trap. Not to mention that celebrities have personal cooks, trainers, nannys, housekeepers… you get the point. If you’re freshly postpartum, just soak it all in, don’t rush - your fitness routine will be waiting for you when you’re ready #postpartum #normalbodies #newmom #postpartumfitness
До конца 😍 делай так пару раз в месяц и проблем не будет 👌🏼 Топ баня @veshki_banya_resort
