recent travel eats 🗺️✈️ incredible how even indulging while overseas still means feeling good, real whole food, and incredible flavor everytime. What a concept. lol.
1. carrots orange ginger juice (new fav combo) & iced latte with only espresso, milk, cinnamon. No sweetener or flavor needed.
2. the best tacos I’ve ever had and you don’t leave feeling heavy
3. snack plate I made myself while he was at practice. seed crackers, aged cheddar, olives, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts. did you know just a few Brazil nuts contains all the selenium you need for your thyroid? Real food supplement.
4. seafood dish with butter, lemon, garlic and a seafood broth with all the fresh herbs. Incredible.
5. Causal sandwich from the gym cafe (tuna, egg, fresh cucumber, tomato, spinach) and another bomb simple latte.
6. açaí bowls with an (indulgent) view
7. first time trying paella and first time in Spain for one of his games! So good. Paired it with a dry martini.
8. Some kind of delicious ahi tuna tostada situation with mango, avocado, and cream.
