you don't have a lead problem. you've got a "replied 9 hours later" problem.
3 messages fix most of it.
1. reply in seconds. people message you when they're fired up, and by the time you've finished your sessions and opened your phone that night, the feeling's usually gone.
2. ask 2 questions before the price: their goal and when they'd start. now the price sounds like a plan.
3. follow up on "let me think". one friendly nudge, 3 hours later. most people never say no. they forget.
you can do all 3 by hand. i'd rather you set it up once and let it run while you coach.
