Eating too much sugar isn't healthy for anyone, but research shows it can be especially harmful to children. A child's diet that's high in sugar can not only cause early health problems, but also lead to increased sugar cravings that last into adulthood.

Head to the link in bio to learn more about the effects of sugar and how cutting back can be a difficult but necessary step toward helping them grow into healthy adults.

The scene comes from Disney’s Maleficent (2014), a dark fantasy film directed by Robert Stromberg that retells Sleeping Beauty from the perspective of its iconic villain. Starring Angelina Jolie as Maleficent and Sam Riley as Diaval, the story explores Maleficent’s complicated past, including her relationship with Stefan, a childhood friend she once trusted. Their bond takes a devastating turn when Stefan betrays her by cutting off her wings while she sleeps.

The caption “She didn't deserve that” reflects the heartbreak and injustice of Maleficent’s betrayal. Once a kind-hearted fairy who believed in love and trust, she becomes hardened by the cruelty of someone she cared about. The moment resonates with viewers because it shows how deeply betrayal can change a person, adding emotional depth to a character traditionally portrayed as a villain.
