I am feeling so much gratitude today.
It was nearly one year ago, on October 15th 2025, that Justin and I purchased 38 Albert Street, Stratford. Within that year, we have renovated it into both a beautiful home for my firm @kdblaw, and our new AirBNB @annorasuites. ❤️
To say this past year was busy and overwhelming at times would be an understatement, but along with the help of our incredible support system and many people who have believed in us, WE DID IT! 🥂 And the best part is, this building has started to become more than just a space for work. It is becoming a gathering space for our community. It has already hosted its first baby shower, spontaneous end of day drinks with family & friends stopping in to join, and Anna will be having her 13th birthday party here next weekend. The life we are building at 38 Albert feels like something special, and wasn’t something I anticipated. It is a gift ✨
A special thank you to both @ladonnaboersma for overseeing the KDB Law move and @margaretjoysmart for being our right hand at Annora Suites. We could not have done it without you 🙏
