(Brief) review update:
It felt so good to be back in this world. 🥹 I went in knowing this was the beginning of a much bigger story, and honestly, I think it was the perfect setup. I loved the multiple POVs, all the little hints at what’s to come, and how some of my feelings toward certain characters have shifted just a bit… though I can’t help but wonder if that was intentional. 👀 So much to unpack, and I have a feeling we’ve only scratched the surface.. Now I just need the next book. Can’t wait for January!
