Ragu on toast, i’m not sure there’s a more perfect dish for a cold winter evening. With the 48hrs of cooking that goes into making this, it’s a proper labour of love.

Comfort food at its finest, with ‘nduja, smoked pancetta and pulled beef brisket coming together in a rich red wine ragu, served on a toasted slab of our rosemary & sea salt focaccia.

I love everything about this, it’s humble, it’s honest, but most importantly, it’s absolutely delicious.
