Comment SYNC and I’ll send you the method 💚✨ I used to think getting results just meant eating less, training more and being more disciplined. So that’s what I did. More cardio, more restriction, more pressure to be “good” all the time. And whenever I fell out of routine, I just assumed I was the problem. What I wasn’t really thinking about was my cycle, my hormones, my energy, my stress, my recovery… basically all the things that can completely change how you feel from one week to the next. Once I stopped expecting my body to perform exactly the same every day, everything got easier. I started using the higher energy parts of my cycle for more strength and dynamic movement, and the lower energy parts for Pilates, lower intensity movement and more recovery. I also stopped under-eating and actually started fuelling my body properly. And weirdly, that’s when I became more consistent. Not because I was trying harder, but because I finally had an approach that actually worked with my body rather than constantly fighting it. That’s basically what Sync was built around. I’ve spent the last 11 years building things I didn’t know how to build yet. I grew up in a family where if you didn’t know how to do something, you figured it out. That mindset took me from starting @thesaltydonut out of a vintage camper to building a company across the country.   The one problem I could not solve for years was forecasting. One shop would sell out by 10 AM while another threw trays away at close, because everybody was guessing. There was no tool out there that worked the way our business works. So I mapped out exactly what we needed and worked with a developer to build it using @microsoft   Today every shop plans production with it. Better decisions, less waste, happier guests. You don’t have to know how to build something to know it should exist. You just have to know the problem, believe there is a better way, and find the right people and tools to help you build it.   You’re capable of building more than you think.
