BOM is a newly opened all-you-can-eat hot pot and sushi restaurant in Edmonton, where you can enjoy unlimited hot pot, sashimi, sushi rolls, nigiri, and more!
For Hot Pot:
4 included soup bases to choose from. I recommend the Anchovy Broth!

Open buffet station with tons of additional ingredients
For Sushi:
Unlimited sashimi, sushi rolls, and nigiri
My favourites were the Salmon Sashimi, Surf Clam, and Pressed Salmon!
I also really enjoyed their scallop options, although these cost an additional $2 per piece.
They also have Green Tea Ice Cream for dessert!
Overall, if you’re craving both hot pot and sushi, I think BOM is a pretty good option! Considering the variety and everything you get, I’d say the price is quite fair.
