Tenant absolutely abused this 8-month old rehabbed 3 bed in Weymouth - lied to property owner about number of tenants, dog, and other - installed child lock alarms on brand new cabinets, dog ruined the screens, floors covered in stickers and glue (please get anti slip mats for rugs NOT double sided tape). So many plaster holes and trim touch ups - had to go back twice to get correct color match. Back to perfect cuz that’s just what we do at @617handyman . All your property management needs. Yeah we do that!
