Back in wonderland for another week long adventure representing our favorite bike shop @springstreetsports. Yesterday we tackled Little Sugar. Race 5 for me this year and fortunately able to check another box while shaving off over a half hour from my time last year. It feels really good, even though my body currently disagrees. It was 100k of some of the most wonderful, yet relentless trail you’ll find anywhere. It was a solid test and it was so damn fun!

Bob had an adventure on the 50k course. A puncture in both tires ended his day early, but he’s got stories to tell and I’m so proud of him for taking on the challenge. He’s going to redeem himself on Saturday!

The last race of the year will be Big Sugar on Saturday. 100 miles of gravel for me and 50 miles for Bob. It’s going to be a blast. I hope the gravel gods treat us well! 😉 The goal at the beginning of the year was to tackle six races. Five down with one to go.🤞
