Incredible weekend. Amazing lineup of artists and the workshops were on another level. My biggest takeaway wasn’t new moves, it was the Influence approach to micro-movements and connection.
Last year I watched the @bachatasocialworldcup online from my sofa. This year I was standing a few metres away watching it in person. Maybe next year I’ll be ready to enter a J&J myself.
Thanks to everyone I danced with over the weekend. I had amazing dances, and I could feel myself growing with each one.
It was great catching up with friends too. @vivianfreebird and @giuliaduidui , thanks for the dances and filming.
Posting this as a marker for future me. Documenting the journey so I can look back and see how far I’ve come.
