So I'm dropping some demos in album form on November 2nd. A combination of the demos I recorded for my last album DEViL and my 2020 album SIEGE.

So I write and demo at the same time. I normally have an idea for a tune, fire up my little home set up and record whatever comes out of my head.

Here's the demo for "The Art Of Being Free". It's a song about finally breaking away from all the drama in your life, letting go of all the mistakes, bearing no grudges, just breaking the circle and making a promise to yourself never to go back.

F1 RETURNS TO AFRICA

Last week I posted a video about F1’s imminent announcement that they would be racing in Africa in the future and today it's been confirmed with Rwanda to join the calendar in the early 2030's with a landmark 10-year agreement.

This will see the sport return to the African continent for the first time since 1993.

The long-term agreement will see the first race in the country take place once the new purpose-built circuit in Bugesera, Rwanda, has been completed in the early 2030s.

F1's press release states, the track "will be located approximately 40 kilometres south of Kigali and adjacent to the new Kigali International Airport. It will be designed to work in harmony with the natural landscape, using the area's elevation changes to create a unique and challenging racing experience while delivering exceptional viewing opportunities for fans."

COOL ASH BROWN, and one of my favourite ways to soften grey.

Grey blending doesn’t always have to mean going lighter.

Sometimes a beautiful light cool ash brown is exactly what the hair needs, soft enough to blur the contrast of the natural grey, but with enough depth to keep the colour looking rich, polished and dimensional.

The goal is never to create a hard line that has to be chased every few weeks.

It’s about making the grey feel like part of the colour rather than something we’re constantly fighting.

Soft. Cool. Natural. And SO much easier to live with.

Would you blend your grey like this?

A nikdy neprestaňme veriť v svet, v ktorom má každý človek právo žiť v pokoji 🤍
