💙🏀 MORE THAN JUST HAIR. IT’S THE STANDARD.
To some, it’s just braids, a haircut, or a fresh style. To me, it’s so much bigger than that!
Being trusted to help maintain the grooming and professional image of these young men of Duke Basketball is an honor and responsibility I don’t take lightly.
These young men represent something bigger than themselves, and there’s a standard that comes with that. Whether they’re on the court, in front of cameras, attending events, or simply enjoying life, I take pride in making sure they look and feel their best.
But what matters most to me goes beyond the chair. It’s the relationships, the trust, the conversations, and the atmosphere I create. When they’re in my presence, I want them surrounded by positivity, encouragement, genuine care, and good energy. Their mental well-being matters just as much as their physical appearance.
The early mornings, late nights, rearranged schedules, and sacrifices are worth it because I genuinely love what I do and value the people I serve.
I’m not just maintaining hairstyles. I’m maintaining a standard, building relationships, and creating an experience.
