A little personality, a lot of life experience, and a whole lot of real talk! 🎤✨ This Thursday, I’ll be joining the Sip & Talk panel for some grown-folks conversation about relationships, love, communication, and life from different perspectives. I’m bringing my authentic self — a little humor, a little wisdom, some faith, and definitely my own opinions! 😂❤️ We may not all agree, but that’s what makes a good conversation! Come sip, listen, laugh, and join the conversation! 🥂 #bayos #fyp #bullcity #sip&talk by @jnicoleceo
Just a Little Trailer of My Life… ❤️ Life is a constant balancing act, and I’m learning that balance doesn’t always mean having everything together. Some days I’m building my business, some days I’m behind the chair, some days I’m learning something new, showing up for others, loving on my children, spending time with family, worshiping God, or simply finding a moment to enjoy life. And some days… I’m just trying to get through it all! 😂 whewwwwww chileeeeee….. One thing I’ve learned is that you can love your life and still get overwhelmed by everything it requires of you. There are days when I feel like there’s not enough time, not enough of me to go around, and still so much left to do. But I’m learning to give myself grace. I’m learning that showing up matters. Being present matters. Making memories matters. And taking time to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build matters, too. To the person who’s trying to balance motherhood, business, family, faith, friendships, responsibilities, and personal dreams… give yourself some grace. You don’t have to do everything in one day to be making progress. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep loving. Keep showing up. But don’t forget to LIVE along the way. God has carried me through seasons I didn’t know how I would make it through, and He’s still writing my story. I’m not just building a business. I’m building a life. And I’m learning to appreciate every part of the journey. ❤️ This is just a little trailer… the story is still being written. 🎬✨ #LifeOfJNicole #FaithFamilyBusiness #grace #balance by @jnicoleceo
A little hair dump because I’ve been working more than I’ve been posting! 🔥✨ From crochet styles, boho braids, and sew-ins to men’s cuts, braids, and twists… the versatility speaks for itself! 💇🏽‍♀️💇🏽‍♂️ Different clients, different styles, same passion and dedication to my craft! Every style may not make it to the timeline, but the work never stops! 💪🏽 One thing about Bayos & Co., we don’t just specialize in one look. We create them! ✨ 📍Durham, NC Bayos & Co. | JNicole #hair #bayos #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #durhamstylist #hairstylist by @jnicoleceo
💙🏀 MORE THAN JUST HAIR. IT’S THE STANDARD. To some, it’s just braids, a haircut, or a fresh style. To me, it’s so much bigger than that! Being trusted to help maintain the grooming and professional image of these young men of Duke Basketball is an honor and responsibility I don’t take lightly. These young men represent something bigger than themselves, and there’s a standard that comes with that. Whether they’re on the court, in front of cameras, attending events, or simply enjoying life, I take pride in making sure they look and feel their best. But what matters most to me goes beyond the chair. It’s the relationships, the trust, the conversations, and the atmosphere I create. When they’re in my presence, I want them surrounded by positivity, encouragement, genuine care, and good energy. Their mental well-being matters just as much as their physical appearance. The early mornings, late nights, rearranged schedules, and sacrifices are worth it because I genuinely love what I do and value the people I serve. I’m not just maintaining hairstyles. I’m maintaining a standard, building relationships, and creating an experience. Grateful for every opportunity, every relationship, and every young man who trusts me with their image. 💙 Bayos & Co. | JNicole ✨#repost #dukebasketball #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #DurhamHairstylist #behindthescenes by @jnicoleceo
