A busy mama of 2, my low tox journey began after decades of struggling with a chronic health condition.

Switching out products and seeking holistic therapies allowed me to lower my exposure to everyday toxins and start the healing journey!

Fast forward to now and the journey continues as a family of four 🧡 We are embracing a lower tox lifestyle, reducing ultra processed foods and supporting our health and wellbeing holistically.

But honestly, living lower tox can feel so overwhelming, confusing and expensive, especially here in Northern Ireland where we do not always have access to all of the same options as mainland!
