GWHS’s Class of 1979 lost one of our eagles, Retired Deputy Chief Ann Manix. Our hearts go out to her children and family.
Throughout the years I was able to stay in touch with her as she also served as Northern Station’s Captain. We were so proud to see her climb the ranks and every time I saw her at events we would chant “Go Eagles!”
Ann you will be missed dearly.🙏🏻❤️

This is so very sad. 😢 I knew Ann since junior high but we lost touch after high school. It was so nice to reconnect with her at the GWHS 40th reunion. I will always remember that night. ❤️
