Bennelong Restaurant

An evening of Japanese whisky, considered pairings and a little Hibiki magic 🥃✨

Last night, Bennelong Bar welcomed Suntory Ambassador Natalie Ng for a special exploration of Hibiki, with curated whisky tastings, signature cocktails, Bennelong canapés and a cheese pairing.

Held on the 40th anniversary of Suntory Hall in Tokyo, it was an evening celebrating craftsmanship, balance and the art of bringing different elements together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us beneath the sails 🥂
