Lisa blends yoga, Pilates, and strength and conditioning, so you leave her classes feeling stronger and more confident in your body. Off the mat, she's usually wild camping, travelling, or pootling about on a narrowboat.
Clothes that go from a class to a campsite have to keep up. Hers are made in small batches by a women-led team in Brazil and the UK, free from PFAS, with UPF 60+ for all that time outdoors.
