Meet Nicola Glenn, yoga teacher and one of CF affiliates at OM Yoga Show London, @omyogashow 16 to 18 October at Alexandra Palace.⁠ ⁠ Nicola has 20 years of yoga behind her and 500-hour teacher training (RYT 500). She teaches everyone from beginners to advanced, with atmospheric music and plenty of laughing.
