First ever half marathon ✅🏃🏾♂️🏅
21.1km around Hampton Court Palace… not a bad place to suffer, to be fair 😂🏰
A few months ago, running this distance felt like a mad idea, and now it’s something I can look back on and be genuinely proud of. Definitely had a few moments along the way where I questioned myself 😭😂
And somehow, I managed to finish in under 2 hours! ⏱️🔥
It’s easy to underestimate what you’re capable of when you’re focused on where you are rather than how far you’ve come. Sometimes you just have to back yourself, trust the process and take it one step at a time (quite literally in this case).
