We managed to get a stand at the @tcsamsterdammarathon expo, even though it was sold out.
Alister is booked to give six talks on marathon fuelling over the three days, we’re joining @midnightrunnersamsterdam for their Saturday shakeout, and we’re looking forward to meeting thousands of runners as they make their final preparations for race day.
One problem: our next delivery is still stuck in customs, and we have around 200 gels left.
The frustrating part isn’t just potentially missing sales. People come to the expo to get ready for race day, and we want to be there with something they can take to the start line.
So we’re working out our options—including a possible trip to collect the stock ourselves, if it’s released in time.
Not quite the week we’d planned. We’ll keep you posted.
