Anti-drug activist Parvinder Singh Jhota was sh*t dead in Mansa, Punjab, while live on Facebook confronting a chemist accused of selling drugs. The accused is the same chemist he reported to police in 2023.

I’m so excited to officially introduce Parratto Performance 🤍

After retiring from diving, I spent a lot of time reflecting on what I wanted this next chapter to look like and where I felt I could make the most meaningful impact. Having spent over 15 years competing at the elite level, including representing Team USA at three Olympic Games and earning an Olympic silver medal, I knew I wanted to find a way to give back to the sport that has given me so much.

Sport has shaped so much of who I am, and throughout my career, I came to understand just how significant the mental side of performance truly is. It influences far more than results. It shapes confidence, resilience, self-belief, and, perhaps most importantly, an athlete’s ability to maintain a healthy and sustainable relationship with the sport they love.

Athletes spend countless hours developing their physical skills, but they aren’t always taught how to respond after a mistake, manage pressure, rebuild confidence, stay focused, or work through setbacks.

That’s why I created Parratto Performance, an online, one-on-one diving mentorship and performance development program designed to support athletes beyond the physical side of sport.

Through individualized mentorship, I help divers develop the mental skills, habits, and tools to strengthen their performance, navigate the challenges of competitive diving, and grow both as athletes and individuals.

Parratto Performance also includes parent education because an athlete’s support system plays an important role in their experience and development. These sessions provide parents with guidance on communication, competition support, motivation, resilience, recovery, and fostering confidence and independence in their athletes.

I’m incredibly excited to take everything I’ve learned throughout my career as an elite athlete and use it to support the next generation of divers and the families behind them!
