I’m excited to share my first published article in The NewsHouse @newshouse and my sixth published piece at Syracuse University @syracuseu . Link in bio.

My article is about the Onondaga Nation’s Indigenous Peoples Day Festival held on Saturday to celebrate Indigenous culture with the greater Syracuse community. At the festival, I interviewed Indigenous vendors, performers, featured artists, and attendees. I also took the photo for the story.

I recently joined the NewsHouse as a writer in their Off-Campus and Life & Style sections, and I look forward to writing for the NewsHouse again. I appreciate the News Lead Producer Sophia Brownsword for her guidance.
