Today was a small workload because Mondays we do a lot
We started the morning with 30 min of reading. Iris read 2 stories to me from this book
Then we jumped into Math. We love Beast Academy! Iris has so much fun learning through this book
She did really good at the comparisons!
And such an incredible job at filling out the correct symbols! She did this entire page by herself and when I came back to check her work, she got every answer right!
She decorated her Anansi the spider hand puppet from the story we read yesterday in Language Arts. Then she put on a puppet show for us
Sat down for breakfast after getting all the school done. We started at 8 and finished at 10:30
Then we took her bird feeder to the park to hang it. She made it in Girl Scouts last night and was very excited to get it into a tree!
Afterwards, we stopped at the library and checked out a bunch of new books. When we got home we had lunch, played games, did chores, and read books. Just your normal things! And that’s a pretty typical day in our homeschool household
