Animal Law and Policy Institute at VLGS

The DC area is filled with Swans! 🦢 We really enjoyed connecting with VLGS alumni and meeting 3L Online Hybrid Juris Doctor (OHJD) students in Washington, D.C. last week. There is a deep connection between VLGS and our nation's Capital with alumni working in policy, government agencies, and law firms impacting federal protections for animals and the environment. OHJD students came to DC to meet each other and many of the VLGS alums in the area. Among those in attendance were several animal law and policy advocates who are currently working in animal protection and conservation, including Willow Hogan @adkowlgirl and Scott Hooper.

As a student at ALPI, you have access to a wide connection of animal law and policy professionals in major cities like DC and across the country. Whether you are on campus, online, or hybrid, there are many opportunities to connect with other Swans!
